Studio Rental Policies

Studio Policies

Studio rental availability is limited due to studio rehearsals, class schedules and private lessons. Rental hours are available from 11am - 3pm weekdays and unavailable on the weekends during this time. For any questions, please email elementsdancespace@gmail.com.

Limitations apply for each studio due to floor material and ceiling height. 

Studio spaces must be returned to original findings. Please dispose of trash, water bottles, etc. No food or beverage containers without a lid or screw top allowed in dance studios.

Additional use of studio space including - but not limited to - hallways, additional studio spaces, lobby, craft services, kitchen, loading dock, etc. must be specified in the “Special Requests” section of the inquiry form. You will be charged accordingly for the studio spaces and amenities that you use during your rental that are not included in your studio rental fee.

Payment / Cancellation Policies

Credit card information must be collected at the time of confirmed booking for rentals greater than 4 hours in length.

Client agrees to staff their own rental accordingly. EDS is not responsible for working your event, shoot, or studio rental unless otherwise contracted. If you are interested in additional staffing or services for your rental, please specify in the “Special Requests” section of the inquiry form.

Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance or the credit card on file will be charged for 50% of your total rental amount. No call, no shows will be charged the full rental amount via the credit card on file.

Additional fees may apply during non-business hours.

Elements Dance Space will not be held liable for any injury, including damage to property or missing items of any person renting space or their affiliates.Studio rental availability is limited due to studio rehearsals, class schedules and private lessons.
