There are 6 basic movements which encompass nearly all of our athletic and functional motion: PUSH / PULL / SQUAT / LUNGE / HINGE & ROTATE

This class will focus on building strength in the muscles which help us to perform these tasks. Your heart rate will surely go up, but not from jumping around. We tend to keep our feet on the ground for this class.

  • Bring a mat/ towel and as many weight options that you have access to - or anything else that can create resistance such as: resistance bands/loops, yoga strap, towel, wrist/ankle weights, etc.
